Ms. Mosarwe is a Chartered Accountant, independent non-executive director and seasoned business leader with experience in financial management, corporate governance and strategic leadership across financial services, insurance and consulting sectors.
She brings strong governance oversight and strategic insight, with a track record in organisational transformation, capital discipline and sustainable value creation. Her expertise includes corporate strategy, risk management and financial performance.
Ms. Mosarwe has served on a number of boards and brings extensive fiduciary and governance experience, including as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairperson in regulated financial and pension fund environments.
She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Botswana, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) and has completed the Executive Development Programme at the University of Stellenbosch.
