In line with Botswana Stock Exchange Listings Requirements (‘BSE Listings Requirements’), Unitholders of Letlole La Rona Limited (‘LLR’ / ‘the Company’) are advised of the following change to LLRs Board of Directors (‘the Board’).
The Board hereby confirms that Ms. Amantle Kerebotswe has been appointed as a non-executive director to the Board with effect from 13 June 2025. Her appointment will be subject to shareholder ratification at the Company’s December 2025 Annual General Meeting. Ms. Kerebotswe currently serves as Director of Strategy at Botswana Public Officers Pension Fund (‘BPOPF’). She is a seasoned executive with expertise spanning from Information Technology, Project Management, Corporate Strategy, and Business Process Management. She joined the BPOPF in 2016, following extensive experience in the telecommunications, IT, and consulting sectors.
