Khuto has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration degree with a specialization in Information Systems and Quantitative Analysis from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He is a business technology management professional with core competencies in Performance Management, Business Intelligence, Management Consulting and IT Management. He has over 25 years primarily in IT Management and exclusively in delivering business solutions that improve performance.
He commenced his career in the United States in 1997 and concluded it in 2022 working in different industries culminating in his employment at Debswana in 2023. Before founding his management consulting firm, Mr. Balosang held various positions at Debswana Diamond Company, culminating in his promotion to Group Systems Manager. In this capacity, he provided strategic leadership, overseeing the coordination and implementation of critical solutions across the Group. He served in this role from 2003 until his departure at the end of 2011. During his tenure, Mr. Balosang utilized his extensive management expertise to spearhead initiatives that enhanced the organization's strategic and operational performance.
