Mr Mooketsi Maphane was appointed as an independent non-executive director to the Board of Directors. Mr Maphane holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Springfield College in the USA, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (cum laude) from the Hawaii Pacific University in the USA and is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the Botswana Health Professional Council.
Mr Maphane is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources (HR) industry and management consulting. He is currently the owner and Managing Consultant of MYHRSPACE (PTY) LTD, an HR technology consulting firm dedicated to assisting organisations to reach their potential by using scientifically proven behavioural interventions. He has held various leadership positions, including as Director of Human Resources at the Minet (Aon) Botswana, Orange Botswana, and a stint at Medicines Regulatory Authority (BoMRA) and Director of Human Resources at Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA).
